Sales Advisor

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Sales Advisor to join our team at Treeo Senior Living. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in cultivating relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources, effectively communicating the unique benefits of our retirement community. Your efforts will have a direct impact on facilitating moves to our community and enhancing the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery to understand the needs of prospects.
• Lead guided tours for prospective residents and family members, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain tour readiness of the building and model apartments.
• Coordinate and implement sales and marketing strategies, including advertising, public relations, and referral development.
• Utilize Sherpa for accurate prospect database maintenance and follow-up activities.
• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the community.

Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for sales.
• Preferred: Two years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Compensation includes base wage plus commission.
