Job Description
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking skilled sales professionals to join our team as Sales (Comfort) Advisors. In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand and play a critical part in delivering superior service and building strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibility is to recommend total value solutions and turn opportunities into sold work while maintaining sales margins and managing multiple ongoing opportunities. You will also be provided with the necessary tools and resources, including an iPad and take-home vehicle with a fuel card. Ongoing training and guidance from our experienced management team will ensure your success in the role.
We offer competitive wages with uncapped earning potential, with top performers earning between $80,000 to $150,000 annually.
