Responsibilities
- Provide social work intake and patient advocacy services
- Coordinate social services with stakeholders

- Conduct patient education and counseling
Requirements
- MSW degree
- Current WA Social Worker License
- Valid Washington Driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous medical social work experience
