Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Special Procedure Tech to join Corewell Health, a leading healthcare provider. As a Special Procedure Tech, you will provide direct care and support to patients undergoing heart and/or vascular procedures. Your responsibilities will include assisting physicians, monitoring patient health, operating equipment, and educating patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support for patients during procedures.
- Monitor patient health and assist with technical procedures.
- Ensure quality patient-centered care and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain equipment and uphold radiation safety standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of an accredited radiography or cardiovascular technologist program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in EP, Cath Lab, or IR.
- Valid BLS certification and additional certifications as required.
- Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills.
