We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager (Bilingual) to join the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands team. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing overall store performance by overseeing account management, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This position offers an opportunity to lead a team, develop new business relationships, and contribute to the success of the store and brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer relationships to drive new business and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Grow the store by exploring business partnership opportunities and participating in events.
  • Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential.
  • Manage store performance by meeting KPIs and analyzing performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Oversee account management, security, and day-to-day operations.
  • Utilize personal vehicle for company business.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in various systems and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance with personal vehicle.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Preferred qualifications include higher education, leadership experience, and a background in sales or retail.
