Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager (Bilingual) to join the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands team. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing overall store performance by overseeing account management, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This position offers an opportunity to lead a team, develop new business relationships, and contribute to the success of the store and brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships to drive new business and enhance brand loyalty.
- Grow the store by exploring business partnership opportunities and participating in events.
- Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential.
- Manage store performance by meeting KPIs and analyzing performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Oversee account management, security, and day-to-day operations.
- Utilize personal vehicle for company business.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in various systems and tools.
- Valid driver's license and insurance with personal vehicle.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Preferred qualifications include higher education, leadership experience, and a background in sales or retail.
