Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
