Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
