Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with your team members.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential environment.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
