Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Type

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with colleagues and effectively communicate with the management team.
• Help with inventory management and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, protect sensitive information, and complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Proficiency in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills required.
