Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's smooth operation, from merchandising to providing excellent customer service. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain the store's appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
