Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to use the latest cloud computing technologies to help U.S. Government agencies implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve technical problems. The Systems Development Engineer will work with some of the best and brightest engineers in the industry, while also developing their skills and furthering their career within one of the most innovative and progressive technology companies worldwide.
- Implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve the world's most complex technical problems.
- Work with some of the best and brightest engineers in the industry, while advancing career skills and development within Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc.
- Collaborate with specialized service teams responsible for the work with the U.S. Intelligence Community.
- Build and support fully managed services, such as Lambda, Simple Workflow, Step Functions, and internal services that power cloud offerings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 1+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems experience.
- 7+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems, and hands-on systems engineering experience.
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby.
