Job Description
We are currently seeking energetic and passionate Team Members to join our Whole Foods Market locations. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and freshness for our products. We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available in various departments such as Bakery, Grocery, Meat, Produce, and more.
Responsibilities
- Work in assigned department(s) to provide customer service, stocking, and sanitation support.
- Follow procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met.
- Adhere to established procedures for product quality, health, and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory checks and pricing accuracy.
- Report safety hazards and violations promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- No prior retail experience required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for natural foods and the Whole Foods Market mission.
- Physical ability to handle tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods.
