Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As a Field Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community and play a vital role in developing patient-centered care plans.
Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare and conduct IV functions.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficient or willing to train for IV functions.
