Job Description

Your responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving mechanical, software, network, and system failures, maintaining accurate records, and delivering efficient maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience as a Field Service Technician, technical expertise in Canon products, and the ability to meet performance standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, software, network, and system failures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards.
• Prepare reports on product failure trends and service ability issues.
• Deliver efficient on-site maintenance and meet customer demands.
• Maintain technical information and Canon property assigned.

Requirements

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent with 4-6 years of related experience.
• Technical expertise in Canon products, including toner and ink jet based products.
• Ability to meet or exceed minimum performance standards for technical quality and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and willingness to travel.
• Capable of working in a 24x7 environment and performing shift work.
