About the Role
As a Technician Shop Supervisor at Canon Solutions America, Inc., you will manage workflow and a team that pre-installs hardware and software technology for customers in one of our Regional Distribution Center shop facilities. Responsibilities include pre-installing business system products and services, managing processes, resolving customer issues, and ensuring total customer satisfaction.

- 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Service management experience in office technology industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
