Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines and load/unload shipments.
• Organize and strategically place merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Contribute to process improvements and safety initiatives.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
