Project Manager (Environmental Industry)

Job Description

Hepaco Inc is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our fast-growing team in Jacksonville. As a Project Manager in the environmental industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and successfully completing projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with the Territory Account Manager and Branch Manager, participating in business development, and leading project teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and financial requirements.
• Participate in project bidding and contracting processes to secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for effective project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and support team members, provide performance feedback, and contribute to recruiting efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and budgetary constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in the environmental industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and familiarity with Hyland OnBase (a plus).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and certifications.
