As the Demand Planning Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating demand signals and supply plans, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting: Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to gather insights.
• Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels balancing customer service goals and cost-efficiency.
• Data Analysis: Analyze demand patterns and identify key drivers using statistical methods.
• Performance Monitoring: Track forecast accuracy and key performance indicators.
• Communication: Effectively communicate demand forecasts and changes to stakeholders.
• Collaborative Planning: Engage in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Process Improvement: Review and enhance demand planning processes for efficiency.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and foster a positive team culture.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.

Preferred Experience
