Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This position involves building meaningful relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and assistance to a designated group of residents.
- Develop individualized service plans and ensure residents' needs are met.
- Promote a safe and engaging environment for residents.
- Collaborate with the community team to uphold standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- High school diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Ability to work in a team, make sound decisions, and prioritize resident well-being.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
