Job Description
At Sunrise Senior Living, we are looking for compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring individualized care.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, attending to their unique care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of residents, assisting in life skills and enriching activities.
- Promote a caring and hospitality-focused environment, maintaining Sunrise standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork capabilities.
- High School diploma/GED, previous experience with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
