As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily living activities, and ensure the well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure community compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED (may be required).
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
