Responsibilities

• Discuss and resolve food service issues with team members and leaders.
• Prepare and serve meals according to specified menus and guidelines.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure food quality and resident safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Assist in dishwashing and other kitchen duties as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in food preparation and service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards.
• Must adhere to state regulations and health department practices.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
