Registered Nurse - RN

Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse - RN to join our clinical team. As an RN, you will play a critical role in changing the lives of our patients and residents every day.

Position Highlights

• Conduct nursing assessments and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop effective care plans.
• Set achievable patient goals and monitor progress to prevent rehospitalizations.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
• Delegate patient care tasks and oversee their completion.
• Maintain clear communication of patient information between shifts.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing school with a valid State Board of Nursing license.
• CPR Certification.
• Preferably have one to three years of RN experience in a similar environment.
• Universal COVID-19 vaccination is required to ensure patient and employee safety.
