Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Tech / Utility Housekeeper to join our community. The role primarily involves maintaining hard floor surfaces and handling trash removal within our gated retirement community. No travel is required as all work is within our premises.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience, starting at $16.50 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness through specialized equipment operation.
- Handle waste disposal efficiently.
- Utilize work orders for proper room and furniture setups.
- Assist with heavy object/package movement and delivery.
- Perform trash removal duties, including refuse and recycling.
- Manage hard floor surfaces, from scrubbing to waxing.
- Address carpeted area care, including cleaning and vacuuming.

Requirements:
- Operational knowledge of carpet and hard floor care equipment.
- Ability to accommodate resident and department requests.
- Work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Safely operate housekeeping vehicles.
- Preferably experienced in carpet care and floor finishing techniques.
- Minimum 3 years of licensed driving experience with a clean record.
