Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains its high standards of merchandising, stocking, and customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
- Work effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
- Skilled in using equipment like electric/manual hand jack and floor scrubber
- Capable of following company policies, maintaining cleanliness, and multitasking efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
