Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive excellent service, and the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a clean environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail advantageous.
- Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages (as per state regulations).
