Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
