Key Responsibilities & Performance Deliverables
- Deliver professional work on all jobs.
- Perform assigned tasks within budgeted labor hours and material budgets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Diagnose turf problems and generate new leads.
- Maintain pesticide applicator license through continuing education.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Valid driver's license.
- Current applicator license with practical experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in outdoor conditions.
- Proficiency in job management software and fleet management tools.
- Excellent customer service skills.
