Job Description
Charter Senior Living of Paducah is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) for the NOC shift (6p-6a). As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for safely administering medications and treatments to our residents, fostering a professional and caring environment.
Responsibilities
- Document on the 24-hour communication reports accurately.
- Maintain resident alert status and record information accordingly.
- Ensure confidentiality of resident and employee information.
- Notify appropriate personnel of resident condition changes.
- Assist with medication records and re-ordering as needed.
- Monitor medication deliveries and address discrepancies promptly.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (LVN/LPN) in the state.
- Comfortable working with the elderly; previous experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English and willingness to attend monthly in-services.
- Valid CPR certification and ability to pass a background check.
