Job Description
Exeter Center, a leading healthcare provider in Exeter, NH, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a Per Diem basis. As an LPN at our 81-bed facility, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional nursing care, ensuring positive outcomes for our patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Conduct patient evaluations and report condition changes.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Supervise unlicensed staff providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
- BLS/CPR certification.
