Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to impact patients' lives positively and establish meaningful relationships with patients, families, and caregivers. Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals from various fields, you will contribute to providing high-quality care and achieving excellent patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Participate in care planning and supervise unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate from an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
