Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join the culinary team at Lariat Lodge Brewing, a vibrant Brewpub. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and cooking a variety of food items, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a smooth service period.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meats, seafood, vegetables, and other food items using various kitchen equipment.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all products served.
- Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules.
- Maintain adequate food levels at line stations for efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas.
- Assist with food preparation during slower periods.
- Contribute to proper kitchen closing procedures.
- Attend employee meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation.
- Ability to follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
