Maintenance Technician II

Job Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks including repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Work independently or as part of a team to ensure the property is well-maintained.
• Handle pool maintenance and other duties as required.

Requirements

• Two years of previous apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in landscaping, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and more.
• Experience with pool maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and handle janitorial equipment safely.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
