Job Description
We are currently seeking team members for Full-Time and Part-Time roles at Whole Foods Market in Jackson, WY. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments, including Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce/Floral, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body. Team Members will perform diverse tasks related to customer service, stocking, and sanitation to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
- Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
- Keep shelves and cases well-stocked and clean.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with inventory checks and report any safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members and demonstrate effective communication skills.
Desired Work Experience
- No prior retail experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Basic knowledge of department products.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
- Exposure to various temperatures and cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to use tools and equipment for stocking and maintenance tasks.
