Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Youth Counselor to join our team at Mount Prospect Academy in Campton, NH. As a part of our mission to provide a caring and safe therapeutic environment, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and supporting at-risk youth to help them thrive in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor students, including crisis management.
• Implement social/recreational activities to enrich residents' experiences.
• Provide direct services including life skills, meal preparation, and social activities.
• Support students in developing coping mechanisms and social skills.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with children.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in the United States.
• Pass background and pre-employment checks.
