Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Independently inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Support warehouse management in achieving goals and following safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately within company policies.

Job Qualifications:

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
