1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi to join our team. This position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour. Currently, we are looking to fill Schedule B.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to collaborate, follow instructions, and work efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
