Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, creating a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Maintain a safe and engaging living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions in the residents' best interest.
• High School diploma or equivalent, prior experience with seniors preferred.
