Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with daily activities and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
- Provide dining assistance with Sunrise hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED required, certifications may be necessary.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
