Job Description
Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic I to join our team at our picturesque 84-acre retirement community in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. As part of the General Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of residential apartments and public areas, contributing to an exceptional living experience for our residents.
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with on-call duties.
Compensation
Salary: $19.25 - $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience), paid bi-weekly.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders from residents.
- Conduct routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and communal spaces.
- Maintain HVAC equipment through preventive maintenance and emergency responses.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience in residential complexes or related fields.
- High school diploma or GED.
