Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

VASA Fitness is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Certified Fitness Lead. As a Certified Fitness Lead, you will play a key role in advancing our personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Create an approachable environment in the Personal Training Cage.
- Retain personal training clients and ensure they receive the best value.
- Create a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and their clients.
- Attract new clients by forming personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommend appropriate training packages.
- Achieve monthly sales goals in collaboration with the team.
