We are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to join VASA Fitness as a Personal Training Lead (PTL). As the PTL, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business at the club, exceeding fitness financial targets, and ensuring members achieve their fitness goals. Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition and retention of personal training clients.
• Create an engaging and supportive environment for trainers and clients.
• Coach trainers on consultations, package recommendations, and achieving sales targets.
