We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Personal Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets at our club. You will lead a high-performing team to help our members achieve their fitness goals while providing a world-class experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition and retention of personal training clients.
• Develop an agile training team to cater to individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming environment and community in the training area.
• Ensure clients receive exceptional value and over-delivery in their training sessions.
• Provide support and resources for trainers' growth and development.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets for new client acquisitions.
