RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Drive acquisition and retention of personal training clients.
• Develop agile training programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive training environment.
• Support and empower personal trainers for client success.
• Attract and engage with potential clients through member interactions.
• Coach trainers on consultation and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
