Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will handle merchandising, stock organization, cashier responsibilities, and ensure a clean and welcoming store environment. Your role will focus on enhancing the overall customer experience through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support customers during their shopping.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash-handling policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies, maintaining document security and confidentiality.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above to work at ALDI.
• Proficiency in cashier operations and equipment handling.
• Capability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
