Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store associate team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve collaborating with colleagues to enhance the shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashier duties and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older, eligible to work at ALDI.
  • Efficient cashier and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
