Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our store maintains an excellent shopping environment for our customers. From stocking shelves to providing exceptional customer service, you will be an integral part of the store's operations.

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise and maintain neat displays
  • Assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory
  • Participate in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register
  • Competent in using store equipment
  • Capability to uphold company standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
