Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
- Comply with company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Experience in general cleaning duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
