Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and ensure the store is clean and orderly.
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, processing purchases, and addressing inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Experience in retail and operating cash registers preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
