Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash policies and maintain a secure work environment
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
